Aesthetic product supplier 4T Medical has launched the Cube Light LED device in the UK.

According to the company, the device stimulates the skin’s natural rejuvenation and repair processes without discomfort or downtime. The device has six different wavelengths of light to treat a range of skin concerns including acne, sun damage, redness and rosacea, inflammatory conditions, wound healing, hair loss as well as reducing fine lines and wrinkles, explains 4T Medical.

Each of the wavelengths penetrates the skin at different depths. Red light penetrates deep into the epidermis, aiming to promote collagen and elastin and help blood circulation. Near infrared light has anti-inflammatory properties and triggers wound healing, according to the company. Blue light aims to reduce activity in the sebaceous glands and target bacteria responsible for acne. Green light can be used to help lighten age spots, sun damage and hyperpigmentation on the skin. Yellow light is used to relieve rosacea, flushed skin and redness and the scalp diode is used to treat hair loss and stimulate hair follicles, outlines 4T Medical.
