Skincare distributor AestheticSource has unveiled its new skinbetter science Mystro Active Balance Serum.

According to the company, the serum aims to improve the appearance of redness, skin texture, dullness, pore size and uneven pigmentation with continued use. The serum also helps to achieve glowy and healthier-looking skin, notes the company.

In a 12-week clinical trial, 53 patients with mild-to-severe photodamaged skin used the serum twice daily. Results showed 98% felt more confident in the appearance of their skin. A further 87% said friends and family noticed or commented on their skin’s improved appearance and 82% said they wore less makeup after using the serum.

Aesthetic practitioner Dr Aimee Vyas commented, “As aesthetic medicine continues to embrace regenerative technologies in clinical procedures, integrating this intelligent formulation into home skincare regimens becomes a strategic step to curbing inflammation and achieving peak skin vitality.”
