Dermaroller GmbH, microneedling and modern skin care concept company, held a one-day training course with focus on advanced energy device-Xcellarispro Twist at Wigmore Medical in London, with more dates to come.
The course aimed to offer delegates an introduction to microneedling and will enable them to learn about the benefits of microneedling, homecare rollers and product selection for the best outcomes, as well as the functions of the XCellarisPRO TWIST and how to use the device, the company explains.
Delegates must pass the Recap Quiz at the end of the training session with at least a 75% pass mark. They will be assessed on model consultation, assessing the areas to treat, selecting the correct protocol and products, sterilisation of the trolley and device, safety and efficacy of the procedure and maintaining an aseptic technique, notes Dermaroller.
Further courses will take place on March 31 and May 12 from 10am-4pm GMT at 21 Wigmore Street, London, with nurse Sharen McBridge conducting the course.
